Situation

Formation Metals is a CSE-listed gold explorer whose flagship N2 project lies in Québec’s Abitibi greenstone belt. Until January 2025, the stock was not traded in Germany at all.

What we did

We brought Formation Metals to German exchanges in January 2025 and started coverage the same month: a company profile, 22 articles in the first six months and, from April 2025, video features with CEO Deepak Varshney. Since then we have followed the N2 drill programme, from visible gold in November 2025 to the first drill results in February 2026, and hosted live webinars with the company in 2026.

Result

From zero to 18.1 million shares traded in Germany in six months: 39.5 % of all trading in the stock. At the peak, from June to August 2025, around 60 % of monthly trading took place in Germany.

As volume on the CSE grew, the German share settled at 16.5 % over the last six months. A second market that did not exist before.
