Hosting and delivery
This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, as our processor. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data that your browser transmits automatically: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and misuse.
Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable delivery of this website. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare. Data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. Cloudflare stores log data only for a short period. Details: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Web analytics (Plausible)
We use Plausible Analytics, a service of Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia, to count visits to this website. Plausible does not set cookies, does not store personal data and does not track you across websites. Your IP address is only used to generate a daily changing anonymous identifier and is not stored. The data is hosted in the EU. We see aggregated figures only, such as page views, referring websites, country and device type.
Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is understanding how our website is used in order to improve it. Details: plausible.io/data-policy.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone, the contact form or the request form for a German trading check, we process the data you provide (such as name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message) to handle your enquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise; our legitimate interest is answering enquiries. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
For the German trading check we additionally process the ticker and exchange you enter, in order to prepare the analysis of publicly available trading data you requested and send it to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Email delivery (Resend)
Messages sent via our forms are forwarded to our team by email using Resend, a service of Resend, Inc., USA, acting as our processor. Resend processes the content of your message and your contact details for this purpose only. Data may be transferred to the USA; the transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Details: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect our forms against spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact and trading check pages only. Turnstile checks whether the request comes from a person and processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information; it does not set advertising cookies. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting our forms against abuse. Provider and data transfer as described under “Hosting and delivery”.
Booking a call
Our “Book a call” buttons link to Cal.com, an external scheduling service operated by Cal.com, Inc., USA. No data is transmitted to Cal.com before you click the link. If you book a call, Cal.com processes the data you enter on our behalf to schedule the appointment; we use it to prepare and hold the call. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Details: cal.com/privacy.

Some pages show interviews from our YouTube channel. Until you click play, only a preview image stored on our own server is shown and no data is sent to YouTube. When you click play, the video is loaded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. YouTube then receives your IP address and technical data and may store information on your device; data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis is your consent by clicking play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG). Details: policies.google.com/privacy.
